Vehicles have become more sophisticated tech-wise day by day. But with the pandemic and the global chip crisis going on, how would car manufacturers be able to turn the problem around? Luckily, Ford may have just found the solution. The American car company Ford announced recently that they partnered with Globalfoundries to provide a solution to the global chip shortage, at least in the U.S. Ford has signed an agreement (non-binding) with the semiconductor supplier to develop chips for their vehicles. The said agreement will be effective for quite a while.
